NEW YORK -- Navigant Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: NCI) announced today that Eric Bass, David Britman, Peter Krane and Christine Parker have joined the Financial Services practice in the firm鈥檚 New York office.

The addition of Bass as a Managing Director and Britman, Krane and Parker as Directors, expands Navigant鈥檚 breadth and depth in the banking and capital markets sector, particularly in the areas of institutional brokerage, dealing, trading systems, middle office, product control and finance.

Bass, who has over twenty years鈥?experience providing business strategy, operations improvement, and technology enablement services to clients in the banking and capital markets sector, will assume leadership for Navigant鈥檚 U.S. Banking and Capital Markets team. Prior to joining Navigant Consulting, he was with Rothstein Kass Business Advisory Services. Previous to that, Bass led the financial services management consulting teams at SMART Business Advisory and Consulting LLC and Grant Thornton LLP.

Britman brings over 20 years experience assisting clients with business strategy, operations improvement, finance transformation, off-shoring, IT, and program management. He will be focusing his efforts on developing Navigant鈥檚 global banking finance Platform pumps transformation capabilities.

Krane has worked with clients in both the financial services and manufacturing sectors for over twenty years, specializing in the areas of strategic planning, business process analysis and financial/cost analysis.

Parker, whose 20-year career includes both industry and consulting experience, assists clients with projects spanning business transformation, technology innovation, operations efficiency and large-scale program management.
