Beautiful -I love these boots! They are beautiful and warm. They are true to size. I am a sizelinks of london jewellery 6 medium. But because of some reviews which said that it was 1-2 sizes too big (maybe those with narrow feet, I ordered a size 5. But I could not get my foot past the extremely firm ankle (there is no flexibility here as in sne links london akers). However, due to the excellent free shipping and return, I was able to replace the boots pretty quickly with a size 6. It is still a bit tight to slide my feet in the boot, but I am able to do it. The foot part fitsed hardy just fine. It’s only the ankle part that’s the problem. But I figure if I wear it for a while, it will stretch a little and conform to my feet. I love the looks of these boots–feminine and fun and alpine. I would buy from Zappos again any timeedhardy –free shipping and return is the main reason.
